A homeowner in Woodbridge, CT was getting water seepage in their basement. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems looking for a permanent solution. We sent out one of our Salesmen, Cary Benjamin, to the home to assess the issues and propose a waterproofing solution. 

One of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his team installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to collect water coming in. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. They also installed our Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth. 

Now this entire basement will stay dry all the time, leaving the homeowner with nothing but peace of mind and no more moisture.

Now, the basement is transformed with a WaterGuard Drainage System, a TripleSafe sump pump and CleanSpace vapor barrier installed. The WaterGuard System collects ground water internally and channels it to the TripleSafe sump pump where it is discharged away from the home. CleanSpace on the walls will prevent air and moisture from flowing freely. This product also gives the basement a fresh and clean look. This was exactly what the homeowner wanted and was pleased with a dry, efficient basement.
