Testimonials for Connecticut Basement Systems

I had CT Basement put in my system two years ago. It was an expensive procedure but well worth the money as it has kept my basement dry! I still stress when we have HEAVY rains over a long period of time as we did last week! Unfortunately my street flooded which caused my sump pumps to work overtime and excessively hard! When the alarm on my system started blaring and the red light came on I panicked! I called my sales rep Jimmy Stablein at 12:30 am! He went on his computer to check out my system and reassured me all was fine and I would be alright! He went above and beyond and was very kind, especially since he was awakened so late at night! The alarm finally went off when the storm subsided and the next morning the red light turned green. You are to be commended for your excellent system as well as your hiring of valuable sales reps! Hopefully tonight’s storm will not be as damaging!

Bill Hause was professional and thorough! He cleaned out debris and pieces of asphalt ( from a recent new driveway installation). He was sure to clean out the entire track, sump pump and flush the system and made sure everything drained appropriately. He tested the system several times to be sure I would not have any problems! He cleaned up everything. He was pleasant and polite!

Scott was very thorough and was very professional and polite. He was also very patient and answered all of my questions.

Cisco and his team were amazing, they were quick, efficient, and polite. The job was finished in 1 afternoon and they left the job site clean. I also was impressed that they were respectful of my health issues and took steps to contain the dust. A big thank you on that one!

The appointment went well, but I was most impressed with Catrell. I wanted the manager to know he did a 10/10 amazing job. 

This young man is a keeper! He came in enthusiastically, neat, clean, and very pleasant. He correctly diagnosed a non-related issue as well!

To whom it may concern, I would highly recommend Basement Systems to trouble shoot any basement water issue. All phases of interaction with the company were prompt, and professional. Follow up inspection of work performed...exceptional! Especially impressed with the design and application aspects of the DryTrak System. Very neat, very clean. Very high marks for quality.

The inspector arrived exactly on schedule and was very professional. Ferdinand was very thorough in explaining the manner in which the problem could be fixed.

The basement came out beautiful! They really did a great job and were amazing!

Dan was patient and thorough, he didn't rush. Dan is a good guy and possibly the best contractor I've ever had. 

Steve Soldate was fantastic! He was very detail-oriented, showed care in making sure I understood the need and cause for repairs, and was considerate and careful. We want him sent to our house every year, please!!

Scott Perry did a fantastic job installing the pump in my home. From this point on I will work exclusively with Connecticut Basement Systems.
