Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A Norwalk, CT homeowner was getting water seepage in their basement when it would rain. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Alex Lopez, visited the home to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing system as a solution. 

Soon after, one of our Foremen, Moises, and his crew were ready to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor around the entire perimeter to capture water seepage from the walls. Then, they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. The solution for this home was to replace the sump pump with our TripleSafe sump pump. For normal functioning, the Triple Safe has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller ½ horsepower pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over. In case of a power outage, our Ultra Sump battery backup sump pump, set at the highest level, will pump 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery!
