Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

One of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his team installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to collect water coming into the basement. Then our TripleSafe sump pump will take the collected water and pump it out of the home safely. They also installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier on part of the wall to lead water directly into the WaterGuard below.

Along with this, a feed line was installed to take the water and direct it to the sump pump. Both go around the entire perimeter of the basement. Then, three of our TripleSafe sump pumps were installed throughout the basement to ensure all water gets pumped out safely, since this was a large basement. A half wall of our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed to protect from moisture.

To stop water from flowing through the doorway of this home, our team installed the TrenchDrain grated draining system along the edge of the entranceway. TrenchDrain resembles half of a basement drainage pipe, with a grated opening fitted snugly on top. The grate is flush or slightly below the floor, eliminating any tripping hazard. After the cement finishes drying, the owners of this home can be confident that no water will leak through their doorway any more.
