A homeowner in Norwalk, CT expressed interest in waterproofing her basement. In need of an expert, she reached out to Connecticut Basement Systems to schedule a free in-home consultation.

Upon calling, the homeowner made contact with Sales Representative Rick Raucci. Raucci took notes on the homeowner's basement, sketching drawings of the space and adding specific measurements. Once complete, he provided a proposal documenting solutions in line with the homeowner's concerns. With the proposal accepted, Foreman Vic Varela and his team arrived on-site to begin the installation process.
