Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Norwalk, CT had water seepage in their basement along the walls. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems looking to waterproof their basement. One of our Salesmen, Rob Brockenberry, went to the home to assess the basement and propose a full perimeter waterproofing solution. 

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Delfino Mones, and his team to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to collect water seepage. Then they installed our TriplpeSafe sump pump to effectively pump out the water safely from the home. Lastly, they installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth throughout the space.

The solution for this home was to replace the sump pump with our TripleSafe sump pump. For normal functioning, the Triple Safe has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller ½ horsepower pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over. In case of a power outage, our Ultra Sump battery backup sump pump, set at the highest level, will pump 11,500 gallons or more on a fully charged battery! One of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew installed this job. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on top of drainage matting to ensure no moisture is getting in this crawlspace.
