Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Stamford was getting water seepage in their below-grade garage and basement during heavy rains so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution. This home has a monolithic foundation, meaning they need our two-stage waterproofing system that includes our DryTrak which will collect the water and drain it into our sump pump. To keep water out of this basement, our team installed CleanSpace on the walls, WaterGuard around the perimeter of the space, and a SaniDry to get the excess water out of the air. 

When we arrived at this Stamford, CT basement, the existing sump pump was an open basin that allowed moisture to evaporate back into the room.
