A customer in Old Greenwich, CT was experiencing an issue with water seeping in alongside the perimeter of their basement walls. Concerned with the water traveling from the unfinished portion of her basement into the finished portion, the homeowner decided to reach out to the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems for assistance.

Upon calling, the homeowner made contact with Sales Consultant Jared Sgroi. Sgroi listened to the homeowner's concerns and scheduled a time to visit the home to propose a solution.

Once Foster arrived at the home, he inspected the basement to determine the best possible solutions for the homeowner. A homeowner in Pound Ridge, NY was getting water in their basement that was causing damage and leaving a muddy mess.
