This crawlspace in East Hampton had an evident water and moisture issue that would directly affect the home's living spaces. The homeowner wanted a solution and decided to make an appointment with Connecticut Basement Systems. 

The solution for this crawl space was to install SilverGlo wall panels, rim joist insulation, CleanSpace liner and a SaniDry. All of these products combined make a clean and energy efficient crawlspace. The SilverGlo properly insulates the area to prevent any air or moisture from entering in. The CleanSpace liner will prevent any moisture to come through the floors as well as provide a durable solution to a hard, cold floor. In order to seal everything in, the rim joists were insulated with Spray Foam. And lastly, in order to keep humidity low and create a healthier environment, a SaniDry dehumidifier was installed. This crawlspace used to be a wet, dirty, uninsulated space.
