I received your warranty package and since i don't have a computer I'm writing to you regarding your system. I am very pleased with the system you installed. Previously i had been removing water from my basement for three weeks and that's not an easy job for someone who is 80 years old. But since you installed this system i have not had to worry about rain because i know i am covered thanks to you! One thing i liked very much is that your salesman gave me the absolute lowest price and didn't try to "wheel and deal" like your competitor did. Before your system my basement was a swampy mess and now it is as try as a bone. It's miraculous!
