Dear Mr. Janesky:   Most people will write to complain but few take the time to say thank you and acknowledge a job well done, which is the purpose of this letter.   I am a resident of Far Mill Condominiums in Stratford. On Thursday, January 16th, Basement Systems came to my unit to correct a water problem. It was handled through Imagineer's, our property management company. However, I want to comment on my behalf that this job performed was a "class act". It was obvious that the Senior Forman, Krzystof Wilk, and his two co-workers cared about what they did...They had pride in their work. Water in itself is disruptive. I was apprehensive about the work being done. I feared the disruption as well as what to expect. Your company takes great pride in what they do and kept the disruption to a minimum. As the owner you should be proud!   I am a volunteer in the office for the past eight years at the Valley United Way so I know well about your reputation and all that you do for the community. Dear Larry, Just a note to say WOW! and also to thank you for Todd and Allen and the crew who came to our home. We were totally amazed on how hard the men worked and kept going! I watched in awe as your men hauled barrels of concrete out and bags of concrete into the cellar. As for the entire job, wow! Neat, clean, and well done.
