Connecticut Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Woodbridge, CT was looking to finish off part of their basement to make more usable space. They called our Total Basement Finishing team at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us create the basement of their dreams! After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Cary Benjamin, went out to the home and met with the customer. He figured out what they wanted, and then they could develop a plan. Once the Project Manager, Dan Medina, approved everything, it would soon be time to begin the finishing process. 

One of our foremen would take on this job. He installed framing and once that was up, he installed our EverLast perimeter wall system. These will keep the basement insulated. Then he also installed Elite Plank flooring. He installed new doors and added trim to the whole basement, to give a clean look. He also painted the ceilings, which made the basement look awesome. With electrical installed, this homeowner can now enjoy their newly remodeled basement! 

A homeowner in Woodbridge, CT was getting water seepage in their basement. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems looking for a permanent solution. We sent out one of our Salesmen, Cary Benjamin, to the home to assess the issues and propose a waterproofing solution. 

One of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his team installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to collect water coming in. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. They also installed our Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth. 

Now this entire basement will stay dry all the time, leaving the homeowner with nothing but peace of mind and no more moisture. 

When we arrived in this home, water was seeping through the stone foundation and making the basement wet and humid. To stop water from penetrating the home, we put up our CleanSpace vapor barrier over the walls. This bright white plastic barrier is 100% waterproof, and comes with a 25 year warranty for wear and tear. It redirects all water and humidity to the WaterGuard perimiter drain, where it can be pumped out of the house. Once the newly poured cement dries, the basement will remain dry for years to come!

This basement used to be wet and humid. Water would seep through the stone walls, and after heavy rains, would collect in small puddles on the floor. We were able to dry up the basement with our innovative waterproofing products. We installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier over the walls. Cleanspace is 100% waterproof, and redirects all water that seeps through them to our WaterGuard drainage system, which we installed beneath the newly poured concrete. The SaniDry dehumidifier keeps the humidity low, and filters out particles from the air. To pump all the water out of the home, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump system. This home will be dry and humidity-free for years to come!

This basement had no trace of a bathroom when we arrived. Our team came in and installed this bathroom from scratch. This bathroom was finished with Everlast walls and ceiling linens.
