A homeowner in Prospect, CT was getting water seepage in their basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Steve Machnicz, went to the home to assess the basement and propose a waterproofing solution that we would install. 

One of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew installed this project. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system to capture water seepage. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls. Our TripleSafe sump pump was put in to take the collected water and pump it safely out of the home. Finally, our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth. 

Now this basement is completely dry and the homeowner has peace of mind!

Water used to seep through the walls and floor of this New Haven, CT crawlspace and cause mold, rot, and other moisture-related problems. To create a dry environment, we encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the floor and SilverGlo insulation on the walls. Water can't pass through either product! The encapsulation treatment totally separates and protects the crawl space interior from outdoor conditions, keeping the space clean and dry.
