Connecticut Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A Plantsville, CT homeowner had fiberglass insulation in their attic that was causing their home to be drafty and energy inefficient. They called us at Dr. Eneregy Saver of CT to find a new, permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Keith Saunders, went to the home to assess the attic and propose a solution with new insulation. 

Soon after, our Foreman, Jony and his crew installed this job. They blew-in our TruSoft cellulose insulation throughout this whole attic to ensure no drafts or air escaping the home. 

Now this home is energy efficient and the homeowner has peace of mind knowing they can live in their home comfortably.

A homeowner in North Haven was getting water seepage in their basement, so they called us to find a solution to this problem. One of our Sales Consultants, Jeff Wade, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide an estimate for the work that we would install. 

One of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump, a Sedona dehumidifier, and a CleanSpace vapor barrier. With these systems, this whole basement will stay dry all the time. 

This basement in North Haven, CT, was mainly used as a storage area. However, the homeowners wanted a homier-feeling basement. After talking with Connecticut Basement Systems, they decided it was time to finish their basement. Foreman Sheldon Lennon, and his crew transformed this basement into a beautiful living space. They installed EverLast Walls that are stronger than drywall. Additionally, our team installed ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring and Ceiling Linen to give this basement a rich and luxurious look. Once a proposal was ready, an install date was scheduled and it would soon be time for one of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew to complete this project. They installed our WaterGuard drain system below the floor, around the perimeter of the basement to collect water coming in from the walls or floors. Then they installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump that would take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Now this basement will stay dry and the homeowner no longer needs to worry about these water issues.
