CleanSpace Installation in Riverside, CT

This crawlspace in Riverside, CT previously hosted an unwelcoming damp, humid space. Given the crawlspace is adjacent to the finished portion of this basement, the homeowner expressed a need to mitigate any traces of undesirable musty odors. One of our representatives, Steve Machnicz, visited the site and provided a free estimate based on the customer's concerns.

One of our foremen, Marcial Lopez, began work with his crew by installing the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. By doing so, we were able to seal off this basement from unwanted moisture and unpleasant odors! Additionally, the homeowner can now utilize this space for personal storage without fear of personal belongings being ruined from moisture. This homeowner can now live in peace knowing their crawlspace is clean and clear!

Crawlspace Encapsulation in Riverside, CT

A homeowner in Riverside, CT expressed concerns regarding his crawl space. Previously a musty and damp space, he knew properly sealing off the space would provide peace of mind. Contacting the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems, the homeowner knew he would be in good hands.

Upon calling, the homeowner made contact with Sales Representative Christopher Klonaridis. Klonaridis listened attentively to the homeowner's concerns, providing advice on how to go about addressing the crawl space. Scheduling a free in-home consultation, Klonaridis was able to develop a better understanding of the crawl space's layout, as well as systems that could effectively protect the crawl space from moisture.

With a final proposal accepted by the homeowner, Foreman Delfino Mones and his team arrived on-site to begin work. Combining CleanSpace vapor barrier around the surface and perimeter of the crawlspace with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier helped alleviate the homeowner's concerns. Protected from moisture with the addition of a self-emptying SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, the homeowner has much more confidence in his crawlspace's ability to fend off unwanted moisture.
