I returned from vacation only to find my basement flooded. I called several water-proofing companies who rudely in "invaded" my home and tried to sell me a job, ranging from $7,000 to $24,000. Only Basement Systems acknowledged that my problem was not an outside problem (it came from a broken water-heater!) and suggested minor, but worthwhile improvements. These were done (with a minor glitch: the ordered part did not fit and had to be reordered!). But I was very pleased with the company and its representatives and can recommend their services.

He was easy to work with and went through every detail from the system, from cost, to expectations for installation. The crew was great, they came on time, worked efficiently and were very pleasant.   I wanted to let  you know how pleased I was with the crew you sent to my house.  They were courteous, professional, and thoroughly competent.  That ugly crawl space has been transformed and Marcio even installed the same material on the lower part of the walls in the basement itself.  They didn’t have to remove the stairs so that saved me the added expense of a carpenter.  So far I’m thoroughly satisfied and can’t wait to go down to the basement after the next heavy rain and not walk into a puddle of water.  I will happily recommend Connecticut Basements to anyone in need.
