When I called your service department, Cindy answered all of my questions. Your salesman was also very good. He answered my questions and helped me pick the correct spot to install your system. I am very please that I got your back up battery system because not even a week after you installed the system I lost power and thanks to the back up battery my basement stayed dry!

Let me give you a little background. We have lived in our house for five years. Five wet tiresome years. We had our first episode three days after we moved into this house. We spent endless hours and phone calls to try to resolve this problem. We had engineers, top in the business, we had water experts, years in the field, not one single person had a direct answer to why this was happening. They did have one common conclusion though, THIS WAS A BIG JOB. They would have to dig up the entire house, put in drains, 3-4 pumps etc. This was to the tune of $20 - 25,000.00. This was not feasible. We continued to get water. We would manually pump, bail, pray and loose sleep. Two months ago we a storm with torrential rains, we got hammered. We have since had two occasions since the job was completed that we know we would have had water but our finished rec room remains dry as a bone. It has already saved us time, money and aggravation. I would like to close by saying, Jared and I own our own company. We service clients on a daily basis. It was refreshing to do business with a company that was servicing us with the same value and respect as we service our clients. This is very rare today. The installation crew sent to our home was absolutely amazing. They did an excellent job, were very professional, we made the job harder for the installers and they still got the job done. We recently had our driveway repaved and asked them to park on the street, we know this was a pain but they did not complain, they did the job, and we are extremely thankful!

Connecticut Basement Systems did a perfect job! The installation crew was the best. BJ found out I only needed 1 Flexispan. He called and got a refund for the second, unnecessary crack. He didn't have to do that, but he went above and beyond. He called 2 days before, and was very plesant to talk to. I have done business with your company since 1989, and 1 pump has lasted 32 years. Today I had a lot of anxiety meeting Bret. We have had a lot of sales people come through our house lately for different home projects and they have not been good experiences. Today's experience was so different. I asked him how I could report our terrific visit to his supervisor, or to fill out a survey on his behalf. He was (#1)honest, (#2) didn't try to hustle us or rip us off, (#3) and handled my anxiety with humility and grace. He was everything a home sales visit should be - nonstressful! There was a stark contrast between your company and other companies, albeit not in the same business, on how your employee treated us and I believe a testimony to your business principles. So thank you for a wonderful visit.

Dear Mr. Janesky,  I would like to commend David Duncan, a Service Technician who has come to my house to examine a water SumpPump that was not working very good at the time. David Duncan was very knowledgeable and from what I observed a hard worker in working on my Sump Pump system -- explaining the problem and fixing the problem. I found David to be a very honest and caring person and it is good that you have good people like David working for you.
