Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Before, this Avon, CT basement had an open space where the stairs connected to the Bilco door. The solution we provided was to install a full perimeter WaterGuard system paired with TrenchDrains and a TripleSafe sump pump. In addition, our Total Basement Finishing door was installed. A warrantied door will help prevent the uncomfortable drafts, water from entering the space and deter critters, too! With this dry and pleasant basement, the homeowner was able to sell his home within two months.
