A homeowner in Stratford was getting water seepage in their basement, so they reached out to us at Connecticut Basement Systems in search of a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Steve Machnicz, visited the home to assess the issues and propose a waterproofing system.
One of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew installed this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture any water that may enter from the walls or floors. Then they installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. They also installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier and our Sedona dehumidifier.
These systems will work together to eliminate moisture and water from the basement and keep this homeowner happy and worry-free!
A homeowner in Stratford, CT was getting water seepage through the walls in their basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Don Godbout, went to the home to assess the issues and propose a waterproofing system.
One of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew installed this project. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to collect water coming in. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance.
With these two systems in place, this basement will now stay dry all the time.
This resident from Bethlehem, CT, had a dirt crawlspace and was tired of dealing with their recent water problems. They decided it was finally time to call Connecticut Basement Systems. After speaking with Sales Consultant Don Godbout, homeowners were ready to install the CleanSpace Drainage Matting to direct water flooding the crawlspace to our SmartSump Sump Pump to continue guiding the water out of the home. Although not pictured, our team also installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier behind the SilverGlo Wall to provide extra protection from moisture and mold growth. For the finishing look, our team installed the CleanSpace crawl space Vapor Barrier to give this crawlspace a brighter look while keeping it dry and protected all year long.
This basement was taking on water. To fix this issue we installed our Waterguard system around the perimeter of the basement. The WaterGuard system allows water a channel to the sump pump without flooding the basement.

Our System Design Specialist came out and took a good look at this family's basement. He quickly knew just what they needed. They sent out Tony Dilonardo to the house, where his team went ahead and installed our ThermalDry Flooring Tiles in Canyon Beige. These flooring tiles completely transform your basement, and come in all colors and designs in the same 12 inch, square-shaped, snap together design. These tiles are strong, durable, and immune to moisture damage. For a home closer to the water like this one, they're a perfect option.
