Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Homeowners in Westport, CT expressed concerns regarding the efficacy of their basement's sump pump. Desiring a more enhanced waterproofing system, the homeowners elected to make a change to their basement. Contacting the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems for assistance, the homeowners scheduled a free in-home consultation.

Upon calling, the homeowners made contact with Sales Representative Efraim Cuautle. Cuautle provided a finalized proposal including a new TripleSafe sump pump and WaterGuard French drain system.

Once approved by the homeowner, Foreman Luis Alas arrived on-site with his team to begin work. Following a quick install, the homeowner's now have an enhanced basement protected against further basement moisture!

As you can see from the before picture, this basement was having serious flooding problems. To fix the problem we installed a SuperSump Pump; which will remove the water from the room. We also installed CleanSpace walls to the first 2' of the walls to prevent any further damage from water.

This drain is below the floor slab. They also installed our TripleSafe sump pump which collects the water from the basement. Finally, they installed our IceGuard Discharge Line which is an anti-freeze fitting that ejects water away from the foundation in the event that the sump pump discharge lines freeze or become clogged. This homeowner can now be worry-free with our waterproofing products in place!
