A homeowner in Ridgefield, CT was getting water seepage in their basement due to heavy rains. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, went to the home to evaluate the issues and propose a waterproofing solution. 

Then, one of our Foremen, Chavon Bowman, and his crew installed this entire project. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to collect water coming in from the walls or floor. Our TripleSafe sump pump was installed to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. This replaced an old sump pump that was not working properly to eliminate any water from the basement. Now with our systems in place, this basement will stay dry all the time. 

This old, open sump pump wasn't doing its job. It kept clogging, and water would evaporate out of it and cause the basement to be humid. We replaced it with our TripleSafe sump pump. Its airtight cover reduces sump pump noise and keeps dirt and debris from falling in. Additionally, TripleSafe's oversize plastic sump liner contains 3 sump pumps that can work together or separately depending on pumping demands.
