Foreman Garfield Sanderson and his crew were assigned to this job. They installed WaterGuard, TripleSafe, TrenchDrain, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to ensure this basement is waterproof. These systems work together to ensure that any water is collected and pumped out through the TripleSafe at a safe distance from the home. Not only is it protected from flooding or other water damage, but moisture and mold will be prevented because of the Sedona.
