By installing a SaniDry Dehumidifier, the air is filtered and free from moisture. With a WaterGuard French drain and TripleSafe sump pump installed along the perimeter prior to finishing the basement, the basement's waterproofing abilities improved drastically. 

To polish off the basement and provide a finished look, Machnicz suggested EverLast wall panels and ThermalDry floor tiles. Once the proposal was signed off, Foreman Jahroume Gardener and his team began work.
