A year ago I called for a free-estimate on a sump pump install. Cynthia came at the scheduled time and was very thorough with the estimate and answered all my questions. I told her that I needed to get finances in order before scheduling an install. She did follow up with me, but there was no pressure. A year later, I did call to schedule the install. The two installers were on time, very professional and very, very neat! The project was completed in several hours and I now feel the security of knowing that I am prepared and will not have a flooded basement as has happened before. Thanks for your great work. The installation crew was very friendly and nice when they came out to do the job. And not only that but they were nice enough to come back and reconfigure the gutter for us for no extra charge! They incorporated our gutter so that it the water flows out into the exit drain for the sump pump... great job! Thank you!
