It's clear to see that this is a company that encourages its employees to go above and beyond for the customer.   It was service, not installation so I will comment on Bruce Toth, who was just here to do the annual maintenance on our equipment. Bruce obviously knows his stuff and explained everything he was doing and provided a timeline for future replacement of components. I never feel surprised with unexpected bills with someone like Bruce. Besides his professional skills, I could tell he is just a good guy and that makes him a real asset to CBS and an ambassador for the company. 

Shortly after we built our house, our contractor tried to fix the crack but it just did not work. Then we called Basement Systems and you guys did a great job. For the first time in 10 years we have no leaking from the crack in our basement. The job done has definitely worked. My husband and I are very pleased.
