I recently had work done on my foundation by your company. I am writing to express my absolute satisfaction with the work done and with the crew that performed the work. I am very certain that I got a great value and service for the fee that I paid your company. I would like to specifically commend your foreman, Victor and his workers. They were polite, efficient, effective and very understanding of my questions and concerns. I knew very little about the process of jacking up my foundation. Victor was patient and thorough in his explanation of the process. I thank him and hope that you commend and compensate him in accord with his skill.  I live in a neighborhood populated by a lot of very friendly, well-meaning but occasionally intrusive retirees who felt it necessary to talk to Victor about his work. Victor handled them politely, respectfully and in a way that maintained the friendly nature of my neighborhood. Again I thank and commend Victor and his crew.  In general, the entire process was as painless and worry free as such an extensive and expensive process could be. I wanted you to know that Tony Van Deusen did not fail me at any point during this process. He was great to work with and always had an answer if we had any questions. He was a professional. We will be calling Tony for an estimate regarding having the basement fully finished in the very near future. I also wanted to give a quick shout out to Anthony Diaz the team your company sent out to conduct the drainage system in our basement. WOW! They work extremely hard and they were fantastic. They came in, did their job very professionally and also kept everything so neat and clean. It really was amazing to watch.
