Dear Mr. Manuzza,  In July of this past year, I contracted with Basement Systems to repair a leaking wall crack, a leak that has plagued me for a long time. (Basement Systems had an unsuccessful attempt at fixing it in 2005.) During this latest attempt by Basement Systems, there were 'bumps in the road' until Brian Hammac, your service manager, got personally involved, more than likely because I was unhappy with the failed repairs by your technicians. Brian made two visits to my condo, He recognized the problems that had persisted and set out to remedy the situation, personally! After waiting through several downpours to determine how successful his effort was, I noticed just the slightest leak. Reporting this to Brian, he made an appointment to inspect the area. He returned last week on May 17 and determined that even that little seepage was, in fact, unacceptable, saw a remedy to fully negate the leak and injected sealant. I believe the situation has been completed to my full satisfaction.  I am not communicating as a satisfied customer (I am!). I commend Brian Hammac to you as a member of your staff that not only has the ability of management, but is able to 'get his hands ditty' when necessary to get the job done. I am retired now, but when I was a corporate VP, I had several managers rep01ting to me. I did recognize the good and the not so good. I think that I would be very happy to have had Brian Hammac. 

I recently had work done on my foundation by your company. I am writing to express my absolute satisfaction with the work done and with the crew that performed the work. I am very certain that I got a great value and service for the fee that I paid your company. I would like to specifically commend your foreman, Victor and his workers. They were polite, efficient, effective and very understanding of my questions and concerns. I knew very little about the process of jacking up my foundation. Victor was patient and thorough in his explanation of the process. I thank him and hope that you commend and compensate him in accord with his skill.  I live in a neighborhood populated by a lot of very friendly, well-meaning but occasionally intrusive retirees who felt it necessary to talk to Victor about his work. Victor handled them politely, respectfully and in a way that maintained the friendly nature of my neighborhood. Again I thank and commend Victor and his crew.  In general, the entire process was as painless and worry free as such an extensive and expensive process could be. I thank your company and your employees for their efforts. I look forward to spreading your excellent and well-earned reputation to anyone who asks or is willing to listen.    

I wanted you to know that Tony Van Deusen did not fail me at any point during this process. He was great to work with and always had an answer if we had any questions. He was a professional. We will be calling Tony for an estimate regarding having the basement fully finished in the very near future. I also wanted to give a quick shout out to Anthony Diaz the team your company sent out to conduct the drainage system in our basement. WOW! They work extremely hard and they were fantastic. They came in, did their job very professionally and also kept everything so neat and clean. It really was amazing to watch.

We had Steve Soldate here at our home in Wallingford to do annual maintenance. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained exactly what we needed. We totally trust Connecticut Basement Systems.
