Very trustworthy and what a good natured salesman Joe is...I purchased a SaniDry instead of a humidfier. Your salesman and sound air exchange principals were the difference. Our basement smelled better within two weeks. We are very pleased. When we are ready to seal off our dirt crawlspace  I will call Basement Systems.
