Several months ago, I had a serious mold issue in my new home. After not knowing where to turn I found Connecticut Basement Systems but more importantly I found Chuck Stofko. Chuck accurately diagnosed the problem, gave a PowerPoint presentation that was both educational and informative. He walked me through every single step and assured me that the problem would be gone, but that he wouldn’t!    He continues to call to make sure that everything is working properly just as promised. When dealing with these types of problems you come across many people who tell you one thing and do another. Chuck is definitely NOT one of those people. I feel that not only have I chosen a good company, but I realized that I could not have had a better representative than Chuck.  His professionalism and work ethic were remarkable, and I now consider him my friend. 

My service done by David was fantastic! David is a gem and a wonderful representative for the company. 

Marjhae did a great job! He was very helpful, spent a lot of time at my home, and I'm grateful for his help!

Maddie (salesperson) was awesome, very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The crew - timely, hard working, and super clean...very professional. Totally worth the money. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Every person I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional and enjoyable to have in my home. Customer service was amazing - wish other companies worked this hard they would have much happier clients. Price wise the job was competively priced but affordable. The system I purchased perfect for rectifying the water issues in my home. Also only company I had found that was willing to back their work with a warranty.

They allowed me extra time to inspect the job and were willing to caulk loose spots along the wall edges that I thought were too loose.

I never got a chance to say thanks for taking care of the problem with my Sanidry. Justin Jaffer took care of everything and made sure that I was/am up and running. The new unit is working perfectly and the difference in the humidity level in my basement is striking - exactly where it is supposed to be. Clearly, the original unit was not working properly (since the humidity level never got to where it is now), but now all is well and we couldn't be happier. You can be sure that we will recommend Connecticut Basement to our friends.
