Basement Waterproofing in Stamford, CT

In this basement we installed our CleanSpace wall liner. We also replaced the windows with Everlast windows, which are more energy efficent then the old ones.

Dry Basement

Water was seeping through the walls of this Stratford, CT basement, causing them to chip and flake. To stop the water from penetrating the basement, we covered the walls in CleanSpace.

Crawl Space Repair in Stratford, CT

When we arrived at this Stratford, CT crawl space, it was a damp, debris-filled space. The old fiberglass insulation was falling from the ceiling because it was too waterlogged and heavy to stay up. We removed all the ineffective fiberglass insulation and replaced it with our SilverGlo insulation. SilverGlo combines highly effective graphite-impregnated insulation with a built-in radiant heat barrier surface. Combined with the TerraBlock floor insulation, we were able to seal the walls from outside moisture and humidity infiltration.

Crawlspace Sump Pump

Groundwater was a problem for this Stratford, CT basement. It was seeping into the crawlspace and causing problems with humidity and mold. The SmartSump system provides excellent protection from groundwater leaks, and has the added benefits of a cast-iron Zoeller sump pump, a reliable liner, a sump alarm, and an optional battery backup sump pump. It's exactly what this crawl space needed to ensure a dry space all the time!

Elite Plank Flooring Installation in Stratford, CT

There was seepage taking over the floor of Marcia K's basement, and she wanted to do something about it. She gave us a call at Connecticut Basement Systems, and we were happy to come out, and see how we could help her.

One of our System Design Specialists, Ferdinand Gojani, came out, and quickly surveyed the damage of her floors. After we addressed the seepage for Marcia, she asked us to install our ELITE Plank Flooring. Our expert foreman, Chavon Bowman, came out, and quickly got to work. Elite Plank Flooring is made from completely inorganic material, meaning its not susceptible to water or mold damage. They are insulated, so they create a thermal break which feel as much as 10 degrees warmer than the floor below it. It is also available in a darker and lighter shade, so you can pick what works best for your basement!
