Connecticut Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A Westport, CT homeowner was having moisture issues in their crawl space. They reached out to us at Connecticut Basement Systems in search of a lasting solution. One of our Salesmen, Vin Orsini, visited the home to assess the crawl space and propose our encapsulation solutions. 

Shortly after, it was time for one of our Foremen, Antonio, and his crew to install the job. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout the entire crawl space to protect it from moisture and mold. Then our SilverGlo insulation is installed on the walls to ensure the space is energy efficient. Lastly, our Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate excess moisture and prevent mold growth. 

Now this space is completely dry and properly insulated. The homeowner is left with peace of mind!

To eliminate water seepage, they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to safely eliminate water. Our Sedona dehumidifier was installed to eliminate excess moisture and prevent mold growth. 

Now this crawl space is protected and healthy, with no more water issues. The homeowner can live with peace of mind. 

A homeowner in Washington Depot, CT was dealing with water in their crawlspace and needed a proper solution. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to have us make their space completely dry! After scheduling an appointment with us, one of our Sales Consultants, Mick Foster, visited the home to assess the issues and propose a solution specific to their crawlspace. 

Then the next step would be for one of our Foremen, Antonio Diaz, and his team to work on this project. They installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier around the whole crawlspace. They installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to prevent moisture and mold growth. They also installed a SuperSump Plus to collect any water coming in and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. Now this crawlspace will stay dry and this homeowner will no longer have to worry about getting water damage. 

To fix the water problem in this basement we added a Waterguard and Sump Pump system in to remove the water. After waterproofing, a Thermadry floor was installed to finish it off and give the homeowners a dry, useable space.

This crawlspace used to be a damp, humid space. By installing the CleanSpace vapor barrier around the perimeter of the crawlspace, we were able to seal off the crawlspace from the outside. And with its mold-resistant additive "UltraFresh", CleanSpace will never support mildew or mold growth on its surface. With this durable liner, we converted this crawl space into a usable storage area!
