Connecticut Basement Systems Before & After Photos

A homeowner located in Bedford Hills, NY, had water seepage issues in their basement. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems for a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Chris Klonaridis, visited the house to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing system as the solution. 

Shortly after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Noel, and his crew to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed on the walls to protect them from moisture. Then, our SuperSump Plus sump pump was installed with our UltraSump battery backup to take any collected water and safely pump it out of the home. Our SaniDry Seonda, which is not pcituers, was also installed to eliminate moisture and prevent mold growth. 

Now, this entire basement will stay dry all the time, leaving the homeowner with great peace of mind! 

This basement had water leaking in from the walls. To fix this problem we installed Waterguard, Trenchguard and a TripleSafe Sump Pump system to remove the water. A Floodring was added around the waterheater to prevent any flooding from an unexpected problem. A Sanidry air purifier dehumidifier was put in to remove any air mostiure. On the outside of the house an Iceguard was installed to prevent water back up during the winter monthes.

The TrenchDrain will collect any water into the sump pump, which then will pump the water away from the house at a safe distance.
