Connecticut Basement Systems Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Carmel, NY was dealing with water issues in their basement. They decided to call us at Connecticut Basement Systems to help solve their basement problems. After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Don Godbout, went out to the home to assess the issues.

It would soon then be time for one of our Foremen, Al Guglielmoni, and his crew to tackle this project. They installed a WaterGuard system around the basement that would capture any water coming in and then drain it into the sump pump. The specific sump pump they installed was the TripleSafe. This will then pump out any water collected out of the home at a safe distance. All in all, this basement will now stay dry and the homeowner is happy! 

A homeowner in Carmel, NY, had a nasty crawlspace that they were looking to get encapsulated, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Gus Stozinic, went to the home to assess the crawlspace and propose our encapsulation system. 

Soon after, it was time for our Foreman, Garfield, and his crew to install this job. The major elements of this job that will keep this crawlspace dry and moisture-free are our CleanSpace vapor barrier and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The dampness will no longer be an issue,e and it will also be properly insulated with our SilverGlo and RimJoist insulations. 

Now, this crawlspace is keeping the rest of the home healthy with good insulation and no moisture or mold. The homeowner can have great peace of mind. 

This is a set of before and afters in a basement in Greenwich. The original sump pump had a dirty open hole which someone tried to cover up with a piece of wood. Anything could fall in and clog up the system this way. We replaced it with our SuperSump® Premier Pump System.
