Now, the basement is waterproofed thanks to our patented WaterGuard product. This below the ground system internally collects water and channels it to a sump pump system. From there, the water is discharged away from the home. The walls of this basement were also seeping water and to solve this problem, CleanSpace liner was installed (as you can see in the after photo). Any water that would seep through the wall will be directed to the WaterGuard system.
