Foreman, Erik Dobrzycki was able to give these homeowners the comfortability of a finished basement by installing everlast white wall panels that wont be damaged by moisture or mold. They also have a clean aethetic that is long-lasting. Dark walnut thermaldry elite flooring with linen ceilings gave a bright, rich-look. The homeowners can now enjoy the usable space while adding value to their home!
A homeowner in Hamden, CT was looking to have their basement finished and turned into a livable space. They called our Total Basement Finishing team of Connecticut Basement Systems to schedule an appointment with us. One of our Sales Consultants, Cary Benjamin, went out to the home to meet with the customer to understand their wants and needs. Once a plan was developed, it would be time for our crew to come in.
One of our Foremen, Sheldon Lennon, and his team would take on this large project. They installed our EverLast walls that protect them from any moisture. They also installed our Elite Plank flooring in light pecan. Our plumber Todd Nihill installed a full bath and our electrician added new lighting and outlets. Overall, this space had a beautiful upgrade. There is now a full kitchen and full bath in this space, as well as a closed bedroom. This customer was thrilled with the results and this basement is now a perfect place for someone to live!
A homeowner in Hamden had an unfinished basement they wanted to turn into a liveable/usable space. They wanted to turn it into a rec room potentially. He installed new pine stairs and installed a drop ceiling. One of our electricians, Sean Duffy, installed all things electrical. Once it was completed it it looked beautiful! Then the homeowner was able to decorate it and make it their own livable space and they were thrilled with the results.
