I recently had work done on my foundation by your company. I am writing to express my absolute satisfaction with the work done and with the crew that performed the work. I am very certain that I got a great value and service for the fee that I paid your company. I would like to specifically commend your foreman, Victor and his workers. They were polite, efficient, effective and very understanding of my questions and concerns. I knew very little about the process of jacking up my foundation. Victor was patient and thorough in his explanation of the process. I thank him and hope that you commend and compensate him in accord with his skill.  I live in a neighborhood populated by a lot of very friendly, well-meaning but occasionally intrusive retirees who felt it necessary to talk to Victor about his work. Victor handled them politely, respectfully and in a way that maintained the friendly nature of my neighborhood.
