Over time, slow water leaks in this Trumbull, CT home left behind streaks and stains on the basement walls. To start, he and his crew installed WaterGuard, an interior draining system, around the perimeter of the basement. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace liner around the basement walls, covering the leaky areas. CleanSpace works together with WaterGuard to keep the basement dry and clean. CleanSpace, a heavy plastic liner, stops water vapor and drains wall leaks into the WaterGuard drain system below.

The crew finished up their work and the homeowner noticed an immediate change in her basement. The CleanSpace turned the dark, dirty basement into a clean, bright room, and ensures that the basement will remain this way for years to come. The homeowner was thrilled with the results and could not wait to make use of her newly improved basement.

In this Bridgeport home the homeowners had a dirty, damp, uninviting crawl space. The homeowners were worried if the crawlspace stayed damp that it would damage the support to their home. In the before picture you can see our Drain matting and SilverGlo rigid insulation already installed. From there we installed our CleanSpace liner, our specially designed Sanidry - CX air purifier dehumidifier, and a SmartSump pump to keep the space clean and dry.

When we arrived at this Stratford, CT crawl space, it was a damp, debris-filled space. The old fiberglass insulation was falling from the ceiling because it was too waterlogged and heavy to stay up.
