I just wanted to touch base with you.  The foundation crack was filled yesterday, and I apologize for not remembering his name, but the man who came to do the work was WONDERFUL.  He was very pleasant and communicated everything prior to starting the work, and did a very thorough job.  He showed us the finished product and asked if we had any questions.  He cleaned up everything when he was done and I am thrilled that we won’t have water pouring in anymore!

The crew here today to put in the drainage system is led by Alan Guglielmoni and again we are very pleased with how this project is going.  Alan explained what he was going to do, answered questions we had, and set up plastic sheeting to protect the surrounding areas.  I’m shocked at how little dust was created!  Alan is clearly a professional and we are so happy to have him working on our house.  They are not yet finished, but I’ve been checking on the progress and I am so impressed with how this project is going that I wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you for everything.  From the initial meeting to the loan process to the actual work being done: we are very happy we went with Connecticut Basement Systems.  Thank you for everything!
