Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Al, and his crew to install the proposed work. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement, to capture water seepage. Then, our TripleSafe sump pump was installed to take that collected water and pump it out of the home safely. Lastly, we installed our Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate excess moisture and prevent mold growth throughout the entire space.

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed along with this to help lead water from the walls into the drains below.
