A homeowner in Hartford, CT was getting water into their basement and needed a solution. Once the plan was approved it was time for one of our Foremen, Krzysztof Wilk, and his crew to install this project. They installed our WaterGuard drain system along with our SuperSump Plus. The crew also installed a CleanSpace wall system to protect the walls from water/moisture and ensure if there is any, it gets directed into the WaterGuard system. WaterGuard, which is underneath the freshly poured cement, will catch water coming from the outside before it enters the basement. It then flows to the SuperSump pump. The solution for this crack in the basement wall was to install our FlexiSpan system. This was the perfect solution because this single repair will last so you will not have to do it again. This three-step process begins with the application of a flexible sealant along the full length of the crack. Next, a strip of flexible and porous foam is installed over the crack.
