A homeowner in Bristol, CT was getting water seepage in their basement and needed a solution so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems. One of our Sales Consultants, Don Godbout, went out to the home to assess the issues and provide them with an estimate for work to be done. 

One of our Foremen, Delfino Mones, and his crew would tackle the installation of this job. They installed our WaterGuard drain system below the floor around the entire perimeter of the basement. Then they installed our SuperSump Plus sump pump to take collected water from the drains and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. These systems will work together to keep this basement dry! 

ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring in Bristol, CT

A homeowner in Bristol, CT wanted to make a change to his floor. Not thrilled with the look of his old laminate tile flooring, he wanted to make a change to something more appealing. WaterGuard and TripleSafe in Cheshire, CT

Before, this Cheshire basement had constant water problems that would frustrate the homeowner every time she entered the area. The main problem was an insufficient sump pump that was not discharging the water properly. This would result in a wet basement. She wanted a solution for a dry basement and reached out to the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems.

The solution for this Cheshire basement was to install a WaterGuard system paired with a TripleSafe sump pump. The WaterGuard is a below the floor system that collects water internally before it enters the basement. Once the water is collected, it is channeled to the TripleSafe sump pump where it is discharged away from the home. The great benefit of the TripleSafe is that it has a three-pump system that adjusts automatically to meet pumping requirements. The power of these two products create a dry basement which is exactly what the homeowner had wanted!
