A homeowner in Larchmont, NY was getting water seepage in their basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems and we sent out one of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, to the home to evaluate the basement and propose a waterproofing solution that would solve this problem.
Shortly after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his team to install this job. They installed our Waterguard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to collect water coming in. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. With our full waterproofing system, this basement will stay dry all the time, leaving the homeowner worry-free!
A homeowner in Larchmont, NY had water seepage in their basement. They wanted a full perimeter waterproofing system, so they called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to receive an estimate and find a solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Tony Van Deusen, went to the home to evaluate the basement and give them a proposal for a waterproofing system.
Next, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Garfield Sanderson, and his team to install the system. Our WaterGuard drainage system was put in to collect water from the walls and floors and direct it into our sump pump. Our TripleSafe sump pump would then discharge the collected from the home at a safe distance. Our CleanSpoace vapor barrier was installed on the walls to protect from moisture. This basement will now stay dry all the time thanks to our waterproofing products!
In this garage we installed Waterguard and a SuperSump pump to prevent any further water problems. On the walls we installed our CleanSpace liner to make the walls look nicer. On the outside of the house we installed Iceguard to prevent water backing up from frozen pipes during long winter months.
This Yorktown Heights homeowner had a crack in her basement that was allowing air and moisture to flow through. The homeowner wanted to find a permanent solution to fix this problem. She did her research and trusted the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems.
The solution was to install a FlexiSpan System to the wall crack. We first put a port at the bottom of the crack below the floor to create a way for water to properly reach the sump pump. Then, the polyurethane sealant is applied to the crack where the crack becomes more deep to form a durable, flexible seal. This system effectively stops any leakage which is exactly what the homeowner wanted!
The SuperSump® includes a powerful Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,500 gallons of water per hour out of your basement.
