Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Waterbury had water coming into their basement from heavy rains. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems in search of a long-lasting solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Alex Lopez, visited the home to assess the issues and propose a waterproofing system to solve this problem. 
Soon after it would be time for one of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his team to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system to collect water coming in and drain it into our TripleSafe sump pump that was also installed. It will pump out the water safely from the home. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier was installed as another layer of protection.

This homeowner from Woodbridge, CT, was struggling with water leaking from the BILCO door and seeping into the basement. The resident called Connecticut Basement Systems to keep their basement water and mold-free. In the after photo, you can see that our team installed a WaterGuard below-floor drain along the edges of the walls and a TripleSafe Sump Pump. In addition, our team installed a CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier to prevent mold growth and provide your basement with a clean appearance. When we arrived in this home, water was seeping through the stone foundation and making the basement wet and humid. This bright white plastic barrier is 100% waterproof, and comes with a 25 year warranty for wear and tear. It redirects all water and humidity to the WaterGuard perimiter drain, where it can be pumped out of the house. Once the newly poured cement dries, the basement will remain dry for years to come!
