Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Before, this Milford home had inadequate flooring in the basement. The cause of this problem is that there is no thermal break protecting the flooring from the cold and wet foundation. The solution was to install ThermalDry Floor beige tiles. Our foreman Garfield Sanderson and his team got to work on the installation by putting in the SuperSump Plus, WaterGuard, and TrenchDrain systems. They also installed our CleanSpace walls that would keep water vapor out of the space. This customer can enjoy their completely dry and moisture-free basement.

Since the foundation of this home is monolithic, the best system to solve the water problem would be our DryTrak system paired with a Triple Safe sump pump. The DryTrak system will capture water between the wall and floor joints, in addition to water seepage from the floor. He let the homeowner know they needed CleanSpace and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. 

One of our Foremen, Antonio Diaz, and his team would take on this project. They installed the CleanSpace throughout the whole crawlspace to ensure it stays moisture-free and will be protected from water damage. They also installed the Sedona in order to remove moisture from the air and protect the crawlspace from mold growth. Now this space will be water-free and the homeowner no longer has to worry about any issues going forward!

Along with that, they installed a TripleSafe sump pump to collect the drained water and pump it out of the home at a safe distance.
