Dear Mr. Janesky, We recently had perimeter waterproofing, floors, walls, and ceiling done to out basement. The finished product looks amazing. While all the workers were efficient and friendly, there was one employee, Ailton Dos Santos, who made it all possible. We are both senior citizens and couldn’t have prepared the rooms for the work ourselves. Without Ailton’s help, we couldn’t have done the project. He went way beyond his regular duties to help us. Our sales person gave me his cell number and checked on us during a really wet few days. He even responded to me at like 9:00pm when I texted that I was panicking about rising water. He was calm and just told me what I had to do. He worked to get our month long wait time for installation moved ahead. Unfortunately it only ended up being several days earlier then expected but still earlier. The lead guy was extremely friendly and made me feel very confident. He was honest and apologetic about the oil burner not working after the line was manipulated during work. He advised me what to do and waited for me to call our service provider (a huge snow storm was heading our way the next day!). Our oil company came a few hours later and all was a quick fix. Very pleased they did not leave my family without heat and hot water... Some would have to escape the responsibility. The team also spent time in the front yard to fix tire tracks made by their truck. Really just a very cohesive, polite, and very efficient team. I have already brought the company up to several friends that are having basement blues.

Tibor was a great support, solving problems and getting things back on track. Very positive in his attitude and approach.

That leaves Julie for last! You gave us wonderful suggestions, provided calm management (which kept us calm, and that was much needed), solved the big problems, was always their to listen to Kathy and I and kept everyone on task while keeping us, your customers happy. All that is pretty priceless also. 

Adam did a totally splendid job of finishing off the basement! He and Roy stayed here late into the night last night to complete the work. It looks fantastic, a whole new basement. Thank you so much for the great work, you guys.

Just a note of thanks for your cooperation through the long process. We are happy with the final result. I also wanted to put a good word in for Adam once again; his work was excellent.

Other companies ignored my questions about my basement.  Connecticut Basement was the only company that called back.

I am writing this letter to tell you how lucky you are to have Rick Raucci and Angel working for you. I just had my basement completed last week and want to say these two guys are special people. I have had a couple projects done in my home, a new bathroom, new kitchen, and new skylights and your two employees by far were the BEST to work with. They both went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was done right. Rick did my daughter's house five years ago and she told me to call him and boy am I happy I did. Angel and his boys were great the three days they were here. I have already called their boss Jen to tell her how special they are but I thought you should know also. I have a very big mouth and have already told five friends to call Rick. You should be very proud of both these guys. Enjoy the holidays and now I can sell my house with no worries. Yes everything looks great!  We cannot believe how efficient Tibor and his team were as well as Tom.  It looks beautiful, beyond our expectation.  We just sent in the second payment the other day, not realizing how fast they would finish.   We do have the certificate of completion and will get it back to you ASAP.  No problem for Tom to come next Tues or Wed.  We only ask that he doesn't come Thursday, neither one of us can be home.   It has been a wonderful experience working with you all.

We had the floors completely redone with Connecticut Basement Systems' Thermal Dry flooring. The combination of tiles and carpeting was perfect for our large basement. In addition, we had a sump pump installed as well as a SaniDry dehumidifier. The work was done on time and the people who installed all the systems were well qualified and efficient. We could not be happier with the results.
