After scheduling an appointment, one of our Sales Consultants, Keith Rongey, went to the home to understand what the customer was looking for. After developing a plan with the customer, it would soon be time for our crew to get to work. Our crew installed EverLast walls throughout the whole space. They also put in our Elite Plank flooring in light pecan, giving the space a bright, fresh look! New stairs were put in too. This project transformed the basement completely and made it into a livable space for this homeowner!

Our team performed the electric, plumbing, and finishing of this basement in Stratford CT. The walls were done with TBF's very-own patented Everlast Wall panels. TBF wall panels combine a vinyl-covered, hard cement board with high-density foam insulation to create an extremely water resistant basement wall panel.

Elite Plank Flooring is made from completely inorganic material, meaning its not susceptible to water or mold damage. They are insulated, so they create a thermal break which feel as much as 10 degrees warmer than the floor below it. A homeowner in Shelton, CT had an old basement that needed an upgrade. They wanted to have it finished, so they called our Total Basement Finishing team of Connecticut Basement Systems. After scheduling an appointment with us, one of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, met with the customer in their home to understand their wants and needs for this finishing project. Vin helped them develop a plan and design to ensure the homeowner gets just what they're looking for. 

Then the Project Manager, Dan Medina, approved the plan and assigned the job to one of our Foremen, Noel Carty. 

Noel and his team would then get started on the installation. They installed our EverLast perimeter wall system. These walls are insulated to keep the space's temperature regulated. They also have a beautiful clean look that will look great in any basement. They also installed Elite Plank flooring in dark walnut. These look really nice in contrast to the lighter walls. They also installed new doors and added the trim to the whole basement, tying the whole look together. Now this customer is happy seeing that their basement is a beautiful space that can be lived in and used to its full potential.
