I can honestly say that the work I had done with Connecticut Basement Systems to keep my basement dry was the best investment I've ever made. They installed a sump pump, drainage around the interior perimeter wall, and dug up a trench to install piping right through the middle of the basement where we had a problem. We have been dry ever since. The work was done quickly and efficiently and they took care to clean up after themselves (when you jackhammer in a basement, it creates quite a mess). I don't have one complaint at all. I also feel their cost was reasonable given the amount of work. Worth every penny. Highly recommended.

I wanted to thank you and your company for the excellent job your men did. We had only been in our house a month since moving here from Cambridge, MA, but long enough to know we had a problem. The design person that came to our house helped us understand the technology necessary to make an informed decision. Because of his knowledge, expertise and gentlemanly demeanor, we entered into a contract with your company. The specialist designed an economical basement system that would meet our needs. The work crew who did the hard labor at our house could not have been more capable, hard-working and professional. You should be very proud of your whole crew and please thank them all again for us.

No words are sufficient to express my happiness with the work you did at my home when you installed the Full Perimeter WaterGuard System, TripleSafe Sump Pump and SaniDry Air System. Since then, our neighborhood has had two "freak" floods when a culvert overflowed and sent a river roaring down the hillside between my home and the one next door. Water came right to my cellar hatchway, as well as to the basement windows on the furnace side, but all remained dry. The following day, hoses protruded from every house in our cul de sac, as well as down the side street---except for my house! Next door neighbors, who had a different system installed about a year ago, had water to their knees, but they graciously came to offer me a hand in getting mine pumped out.
