Connecticut Basement Systems Before & After Photos

An Easton, CT homeowner was getting water seepage in their basement when it would rain. They contacted us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, visited the home to assess the basement and propose our waterproofing solution. 

Soon after, one of our Foremen, Delfino Mones, and his team would install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take that collected water and pump it safely out of the home. 

Now, with our systems in place, this entire basement will stay dry and the homeowner can live with peace of mind. 

A homeowner in Easton, CT was getting water seepage in their basement from the wall. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems looking for a solution to this problem. We sent out one of our Salesmen, Brian DiRisi, to the home to assess the basement and propose a waterproofing solution. 
Soon after, one of our Foremen, Moises, and his crew, would install the proposed work. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter of the basement to capture water seepage from the walls. Then they installed our TripleSafe sump pump to take the collected water and safely pump it out of the home. They also installed our BrightWall panels on the wall to protect them from moisture and give them a clean look. They installed a WellDuct window drain below the basement window in case of any seepage from the wall from the window. 

Now this basement is fully protected from water or moisture, giving the homeowner great peace of mind. 

To fix the water problem in this basement we added a Waterguard and Sump Pump system in to remove the water. After waterproofing, a Thermadry floor was installed to finish it off and give the homeowners a dry, useable space.

This crawlspace used to be a damp, humid space. By installing the CleanSpace vapor barrier around the perimeter of the crawlspace, we were able to seal off the crawlspace from the outside. And with its mold-resistant additive "UltraFresh", CleanSpace will never support mildew or mold growth on its surface. With this durable liner, we converted this crawl space into a usable storage area!

When we arrived in this home, the walls were leaking water. However, due to the thick monolithic floors, installing a below-floor perimeter drain would have been very difficult. Instead, we installed the DryTrak baseboard drain pipe, after drilling weep holes to alleviate water pressure. The DryTrak captures all the water that would have seeped into the home, ensuring a dry basement!
