A homeowner in Wilton, CT, was experiencing water seepage in their basement every time it rained. They called Connecticut Basement Systems in search of a permanent solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Rick Raucci, went to the home to assess the basement and propose a waterproofing solution. 

Soon after it would be time for one of our Foremen, Moises Chantes, and his crew to install this job. They installed our WaterGuard drainage system below the floor, around the entire perimeter to capture water seepage. Then they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on the walls. Our TripleSafe sump pump that they installed will pump out the water safely from the home. 

Now this basement will stay completely dry and the homeowner is left with nothing but peace of mind! 

Crawlspace Encapsulation in Westport, CT

A homeowner in Westport, CT had a damp and musty crawlspace that they were looking to encapsulate and insulate. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to find a permanent solution. One of our Salesmen, Vin Orsini, went to the house to assess the crawlspace and propose our encapsulation solutions. 

Soon after, it would be time for one of our Foremen, Marcial, and his crew to install the proposed solution. They installed our drainage matting on the floor, followed by our TerraBlock insulation on top. For a protective moisture barrier, they installed our CleanSpace on top of that to ensure the crawlspace is fully covered. Then they installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate excess moisture and prevent mold growth. Lastly, to insulate, they installed our RimJoist on the above joists and the exterior crawlspace walls. 

Now this entire crawlspace is properly insulated, ensuring the whole home's energy efficiency is improved, and their crawlspace is moisture-free. The homeownerr can live with peace of mind in their healthy home! 

Sump Pump and Cleanspace installation in Bethel, CT

As you can see from the before picture, this basement was having serious flooding problems. To fix the problem we installed a SuperSump Pump; which will remove the water from the room. We also installed CleanSpace walls to the first 2' of the walls to prevent any further damage from water.
