To keep water out of this basement, our team installed CleanSpace on the walls, WaterGuard around the perimeter of the space, and a SaniDry to get the excess water out of the air. 

This crawlspace was damp and dirty before we encapsulated it with the CleanSpace vapor barrier. The vapor barrier is an effective solution to keeping the crawl space dry because it prevents moisture from passing through the floors and concrete walls of traditional crawl space structures, and has the added benefit of flexibility to cover irregular crawlspaces.

This crawlspace used to be very wet and humid. To help drain away water that would collect here, our team installed a SmartSump crawlspace sump pump in addition to the CleanSpace vapor barrier. Equipped with a cast-iron Zoeller sump pump, a reliable liner, a sump alarm, and an optional battery backup sump pump, the SmartSump is exactly what this crawlspace needed to ensure a dry space!
