Sam arrived at this Weston home to perform an annual maintenance on the homeowner's SuperSump Pump system. An annual maintenance includes: checking the pump operation – float switch, intake, check valve and impeller, cleaning the sump pump liner of silt and sediment, changing the batteries in the WaterWatch alarm and identifying any other potential problems. The solution for this home was to replace the sump pump with our TripleSafe sump pump. A homeowner in Redding, CT was getting water seepage in their crawlspace, so they called us to find a solution. One of our Sales Consultants, Vin Orsini, went out to the home to assess the issues and propose a permanent solution. 

One of our Foremen, Cisco Berrios, and his crew installed this job. They installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier on top of drainage matting to ensure no moisture is getting in this crawlspace. They also installed a SuperSump Plus sump pump to take any water coming in and pump it out of the home at a safe distance. They installed a Sedona dehumidifier as well to eliminate moisture and mold growth. The walls were also insulated with our SilverGlo panels. Now this space is a dry and healthy space! 

When we arrived at this crawlspace, it was humid and leaky, and there were puddles of water on the ground. To stop groundwater from seeping into this home, we encapsulated the crawlspace with our CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace is a very durable liner that water cannnot pass though.
