The owners of this home wanted extra living space in their home, but their basement was too cold and drab to use for anything but storage. With our innovative finishing products specifically designed for basements, we were able to create a comfortable, beautiful space for the family to enjoy! The MillCreek flooring has an authentic wood grain top surface, printed on a solid vinyl base that can’t be damaged by mold, moisture, or insects, and the EverLast basement wall panels are engineered to never get moldy or rot. When we arrived in this home, we found that water was leaking inside through the garage door. When we encounter this kind of situation, we usually recommend our TrenchDrain drainage pipe system. It is uniquely designed to span doorways, garage entrances, and similar entryway doors. TrenchDrain resembles half of a basement drainage pipe, with a grated opening fitted snugly on top. In this home, we installed this grated drain flush with the floor, eliminating any tripping hazard. Any water that will pass over the drain is collected through the openings and redirected to the sump pump. The owners of this house can rest easy knowing that their garage is protected against leaks!

Our drain system is an award winning patented drain system that carries the water effectively into our TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System. Our Sump pump system has three pumps to make sure that all of the water that comes in is pumped out of the home. The first pump which sits lowest of the three pumps first, but if it can't keep up the second pump will turn on and run at the same time. If the power goes out then the third pump which is battery operated kicks on while an alarm is ringing to let you know that it's running.

The homeowners in this Griswold, CT home needed a basement that they could call home. They particularly wanted a family room / play room for their child. We installed our EverLast™ wall system, which is made from moisture-proof cement board and strong enough that you can mount a TV directly on it. With brand new walls the homeowners needed a new floor to go with it. We installed our ThermalDry® flooring, which has the look of ceramic tile but wont chip or crack unlike ceramic tile. We also added some finishing touches and put in doors for extra storage space.
